The case study above reflects what we have achieved in the first month of working with this client. When they came on board with us no ads were ran for more than 4 months because they were badly burned by the past 2 agencies that promised the world while not even delivering the break-even returns. So the client wanted to start with a smaller ad spent and ensure Facebook ads can work for their business, as at this point they were losing hope. We were quickly able to identify the cracks on their website that were contributing to numerous missed sales and then build a new funnel that leveraged the existing customer base. With just over £1,150 ($1,600) ad spent brought back over £14,840 ($20,000), averaging 12.83X ROAS for the month.

This client came to us after their ad account returns plummeted as the result of their previous agency not knowing how to deal with IOS 14 changes. Beforehand they were getting a decent 3.5X return but those returns dropped to 1.3X-1.6X and nothing seemed to work. During our first 90 days we have spent £4,130 ($5,700) while bringing a healthy £22,000 ($30,000) resulting it 5.32X ROAS. This was possible through the crafting of an entirely new funnel that focused on hyper-targeted ads that were unique to the individual’s buying process. Furthermore, we tested a new copywriting approach until we zeroed in on what resonates well for the winning audiences. This has resulted in a stable month-to-month revenue stream which can be scaled with the 100% – 150% increased budget in the next 60 days while maintaining the ROI.

As the client is from Sweden and the currency is Sweedish krona I have converted it to USD for easier understanding. Over the 90 days, we have spent $20,000 while bringing back a bit over $100,000, averaging 5.07 ROAS. It was a great start which has given our client a preview into how powerful this can become, and given my team amazing data that will help us scale the funnel to 7 figures. The first month was used on building a strong TOF traffic and truly testing countless variations of creatives and copy until we found those golden picks that would covert exceptionally. The quality of these audiences and the profound understanding of their buying motives allowed us to retarget them in the MOF and BOT where they started to covert 2X – 3X better than in the TOF. A big part of our success played LLA that were made using the date of that strong foundation from organic sales.
